Your typical Tuesday. Guess folks are re-covering from the long weekend, 'cause the whole plaza was quiet today. But that's cool Had to have a chance to try and play catch up and get out more stock. Not to say we didn't have visitors today. The Sterling (re-member the center of yesterdays debacle) ended up going home with a re-peat customer of ours, so that's happy news. I know she'll take care of it. Helped a young gentleman with a science project involving energy displacement. He needed a chain and cog then brought his contraption in for me to see. Neat, a bicycle generator. A young woman came by and picked out the old school Ross Ladies bike I had just put out (still wet from being washed) so we're back down to three.
Jeremy, our newest addition shows great promise. He's already about 3/4 the way through 2 full bike rebuilds (1 a complete re-paint, and it looks smashing!) Me? I did the aforementioned Ross, put out a 20" Huffy Growler, working on a re-paint 7 speed cruiser, and several re-pairs, so the Dungeons been Rockin'!
Kaleb's puttin the finishin' touches on a sweet chrome 20" Diamondback, decked out with a killah set o' Haro wheels, and neck. So at this rate we will happily be ready for the weekend madness! And I'll finally (maybe) be able to walk through the back of the shop without my climbing gear!
